Nothig works to fix the printig.

o WI-FI connected (software knows the printer's ink levels)

o Scan doctor does not fix it

o I have the latest firmware.

o Out of warrenty

 

I sm beginning to suspect that HP does this on purpase to get

you to buy a new printer.

 

The machine can copy a document just fine.

I's the ireless communication that i f##ked

Blue communicatiion light is on and continuous.

 

HAS ANYONE BEEN ABLE TO CORRECT THE "Printer in Error state"?

1) What's the exact model name of the printer? Click here for steps on finding the information we need. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
 

2) What's the operating system installed on the computer? 

 

3) Are you enrolled in the Instant Ink plan?
