Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Brand new HP laptop and HP printer, brand new router, no problems. I have a red !  on the HP app and have been through the process of attempting to install recommended updates on software and drivers dozens of times.  It takes about 20 minutes and then always fails, I've even tried doing it by usb connection and it stills fails. All equipment is otherwise working in excellent ways. I'm afraid to ignore the alert in case, in time, the whole thing fails. I am able to do everything available to me in the working of the laptop, router and printer. any help would be appreciated.

Which app are you referring to?

 

Are you able to use the printer and the PC fine?
