Office Jet Pro 9010
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased an Office Jet Pro 9010 printer in June or July 2021 and almost from day one it has been giving me lots of problems including:
* Paper Jams
* Ink Smudging

* Wi Fi not staying connected
* Front door not latching properly causing error message

* Paper tray can't be removed without lifting printer off bench / table

* Problems with Instant Ink program miscalculating or miscounting printed

   pages and possibly including paper misfeeds or paper jams
Virtually all of these problems were happening intermittently but on a regular basis.

I have been in touch by emailing HP on several occasions and although at one stage my email was acknowleged as being received now, 6 months + later, I still have not had any response.

I have also had a few Feedback Surveys sent to me and although my problems have been mentioned along with low scores, nobody has been in touch to try and help with any of the problems.

In frustration, due to the unreliability of the 9010, I  was virtually forced to go and buy another new (Brother) MFC that has been doing the job quite well for me.

I can fully understand and I do appreciate that Covid would most likely have caused massive problems at HP and with the HP Teams but to still not have had a reply 6 months later, is a real disappointment for me especially when I did consider myself as a real HP Fan having spent many many dollars on HP gear over the years for both myself and for businesses that I have worked for.

I do also understand that there maybe Bots or Virtual Assistants at times, used for responding to questions or complaints but again, it appears that something has gone desperately wrong for my concerns not to be addressed before now.

I do realise this is a support forum but as I've had no help using other contact methods, I'm hoping that someone may be able to assist by reaching out this way
