OfficeJetPro 9015e, purchased directly from HP in Jan '23.

I tried to add the product to my profile (S/N [personal info removed]) but this website won't take it; just keeps repeating the "one-step to add..." page.

Printer worked for 2 months with Instant ink cartridges.  Switch to Retail HP cartridges and within a week, printer locked up.

First Blue display screen with error code "C4EB0100"

Now Green display screen with "12345"

All access to controls is blocked.

This entire experience has been unsatisfactory and disappointing.  I recently bought a printer for my elderly mother.  I bought a Canon instead of HP.  What kind of company has HP become?

For now, lets focus on getting my printer back to service.

please?

Hi @C4EB01001,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I can provide you with some general suggestions to address multiple access-limiting errors on an HP printer.

  • Restart your printer: Power off your printer, unplug it from the power source, wait for about 30 seconds, and then plug it back in. Turn on the printer and check if the error persists.
  • Update firmware and drivers: Ensure that your printer's firmware is up to date. Visit the official HP website and search for the latest firmware and driver updates for your specific printer model. Follow the instructions provided to install any available updates.
  • Check network connectivity: Ensure that your printer is properly connected to your network. Verify that the network cables (if applicable) are securely connected, or if you are using a wireless connection, check that the printer is connected to the correct network.
  • Reset network settings: If you are using a wireless connection, try resetting your printer's network settings. Refer to the printer's user manual or the HP website for instructions on how to reset the network settings.
  • Clear print queue: If there are any pending print jobs in the print queue, try clearing them. Sometimes, a backlog of print jobs can cause issues. Access your printer settings on your computer, find the print queue, and cancel any pending print jobs.
  • Perform a factory reset: As a last resort, you can try performing a factory reset on your printer. Keep in mind that this will reset all settings on the printer, including network configurations and customizations. Consult the printer's manual or HP's support website for instructions on how to perform a factory reset.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
