Product: 4155 Envy Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My 4155 printer won't stop cycling. The noise is nerve-wracking. I called the support line and the tech was not able to solve the problem.  Gave me a bandaid that stopped working allmost immediately.  Am I the only one having this problem? I don't see anyone else posting about it.
