My 6132e loses WiFi code regularly. Works well for a few minutes then I get “no air printer found”.

Hi @REDRAG,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thank you for reaching out. I understand that your HP ENVY 6132e printer initially works over Wi-Fi, but after a few minutes your Apple device displays "No AirPrint Printers Found."

Since AirPrint relies on your printer and Apple device remaining connected and discoverable on the same local Wi-Fi network, an intermittent network connection can cause the printer to disappear from AirPrint.

Please try the following steps:

1. Restart the printer and router

  1. Turn off the printer.
  2. Restart your Wi-Fi router and wait until the connection is fully restored.
  3. Turn the printer back on and allow it to reconnect to Wi-Fi.
  4. Restart the Apple device you're printing from and test AirPrint again.

2. Check the Wi-Fi connection

Make sure the printer and your iPhone, iPad, or Mac are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. If your router has separate network names for different Wi-Fi bands or a guest network, ensure both devices are on the same network.

3. Reconnect the printer to Wi-Fi

Use the HP app to reconnect the printer to your wireless network. This can refresh the printer's network configuration if it is repeatedly losing connectivity.

4. Update Firmware

Kindly refer to this link to update your printer firmware.

If the issue continues, please let us know whether the printer itself shows as offline in the HP app when AirPrint stops working or whether only AirPrint reports "No AirPrint Printers Found." This will help determine whether the printer is actually disconnecting from Wi-Fi or whether the issue is specifically with AirPrint discovery.

I hope this helps!

Take care and have an amazing day ahead! 🚀

Best regards,

Kuroi_Kenshi
