Hi,

I followed your suggestion and the problem is still there. It appears that my printer is in 'Error state' and yesterday I posted another request with a link to the problem. Previously I had tried another suggestion, turning off printer and computer for a few minutes then restarting, but without success.

Hi @rja666

Then try with the next steps:

1.  Disconnect USB cable from back of the printer.

2.  Restart your computer.

3.  Now connect again the USB cable in the printer.
