Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

from one day to the next, my HP477 froze. Even a hard rest has not help solve the issue. any sugestions?

I contacted HP support and was told that this is an issue that they're aware of and working on. I would reach out via chat if I were you and inform them you have the same issue. 

They also wanted to charge support before sharing that information. They did waive it as a "courtesy" but...caveat emptor.

i have the same problem, 2 HP 477 who did update this morning.

 

I reset many times without any solutions, i did a test who working.

 

disconnect LAN, reset and this works until i reconnect LAN => freeze

 

ca you test IT ?
