HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e All-in-One Printer

I have had an HP account for my printers and today I tried to log in.  The system responded that I did not have an HP account.  My userid has been[edited] After trying to log in to my HP account several times, I was able to get the information I needed to refresh my printer's wireless connection by going to the HP website.

While online, I noted that my printer's warranty period expired on 6/5/25.  That was about the time that my wireless connection stopped working.  It was just before I was leaving town and have just returned.  Hence, I am working to resolve my printer issues now.

Please email me at the above email address with the resolution to the account.  Thank you.

@kpwms25, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

HP Account Login Issue

It seems that you’ve encountered an issue with logging into your HP account. To resolve this, I recommend the following steps:

Verify Account Information: Double-check that you are using the correct email address and password. If you suspect there may be an issue with your account credentials, please try resetting your password via the HP Account Recovery page.

Clear Browser Cache or Use Incognito Mode: Sometimes, browser cookies and cache can interfere with login attempts. Try clearing your browser’s cache or using Incognito/Private mode and attempt logging in again.

HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e Wireless Connection Issue

Reset the Wireless Network Settings:

On the printer’s control panel, touch the Wireless icon.

Select Settings (the gear icon).

Navigate to Wireless Settings > Restore Network Defaults. This will reset the printer’s wireless settings.

Reconnect to the Wireless Network:

After resetting, go back to the Wireless icon and select Wireless Setup Wizard.

Choose your wireless network from the list of available networks.

Enter your Wi-Fi password to reconnect the printer to your network.

If your printer still fails to connect to the network, please ensure your router is working properly and other devices are connecting without issue.

Check Wireless Interference:

Ensure that your router is not placed near devices that may cause interference (such as microwaves, cordless phones, or thick walls).

Try moving your printer closer to your router to improve signal strength.

Run HP Smart:

Update Printer Firmware (Update the firmware on an HP printer | HP® Support)

  • Go to the HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads page. Enter your printer model number and search for the latest firmware update. Follow the instructions to download and install the firmware update.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
