Welcome to the HP Community. This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries. I have reviewed your post and I understand, there's an issue with the "0x.." error.
Don't worry, I'm here to help!
Let's try these steps -
I suggest you do a Hard Reset
(1) Turn the printer on, if it is not already on.
(2) Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
(3) With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
(4) Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
(5) Wait at least 60 seconds.
(6) Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
NOTE: HP recommends connecting the printer power cord directly to the wall outlet.
(7) Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
(8) Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
The printer might go through a warm-up period. The printer lights might flash, and the carriage might move.
Wait until the warm-up period finishes and your printer is idle and silent before you proceed.
Also, try cleaning the ink cartridges. Refer to step# 4 and 6 from this document.
Hope this helps!
Let me know how that goes.

@Lampy104 The fate of your printer depends on which printer you've got, and if you've gone through all the steps suggested in the first post if you have an HP Envy 5030 too, as every step is model dependent, so what printer do you have? and are you getting the error on the printer or is it on the windows device you got the printer connected to?
P.S: Welcome to HP Community 😉
