Product: HP ENVY 6065e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Can't get printer to connect to computer ... using ethernet usb ... don't know about the wireless stuff.  Was working but says "offline" in HP Smart.  Then the computer doesn't show the printer.  I can scan only from the icon with other devices ... I have one HP scanner and the other icon is a for a printer - not connected.  I'm out of answers.

If you want to connect your printer on wireless, then follow steps from the next video:
