I recently had to change my router because our landline will soon be upgraded for digital voice. I subsequently had a lot of problems getting the printer to reconnect wirelessly to my laptop. That was eventually solved with help from a friend but I didn't realise at the time that it couldn't print colour or double sided - both of which it was previously doing without any problems.

 

I have scoured any settings I can find that relate to the printer, both in Control Panel and the different software that I try to print from but cannot find any options to change - they are all missing or greyed out.

 

I have so far not tried deleting and reinstalling the printer installation due to the problems experienced when changing the router. 

 

Can anyone help please.
