Thanks for the update! Happy to know that you're able to use your printer using a USB connection. I would love to see you use the wireless feature of this printer.
I believe this to be a user profile issue.
I would request you to install your printer software by creating a new user on your Windows 10 computer.
Here is a document from Microsoft which will help you do this.

I do appreciate your assistance, but that is not really a "solution". Neither is mine [connecting by USB]. Fact is, still can't use my printer wirelessly from my PC.
But, you know what? I'm old and I just want things to work. This works and I'll just have to be satisfied with that.
