Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Printer just stopped responding.  It appears to be connected to my network.  Tried downloading and installing most up to date driver and it ended with a Fatal Error.  Please advise

Hi @DennyGLive 

This could be related to some Windows updates, that are breaking drivers for printers.

 

For installing your printer, please try the next steps:

 

1. Please install the next drivers for your printer on Windows computer:

2. Once installed then restart your Windows computer.

 

3. Then go to Configuration > Printers > Add Printer on Windows.

 

* Click YES   to say thank you, 

* Click Accepted as Solution when question is answered.
