The error code UA_400_EB000U0410 during the registration process for your HP LaserJet MFP M235dw in the HP Smart App can be frustrating. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:
1. Check Internet Connection
- Ensure that your device (smartphone or computer) has a stable internet connection. The HP Smart App requires internet access to complete registration.
2. Update the HP Smart App
- Ensure you have the latest version of the HP Smart App installed:
- For Android, check the Google Play Store.
- For iOS, check the App Store.
3. Restart the App and Device
- Close the HP Smart App completely and restart it.
- Restart your device (smartphone or computer) to refresh the system.
4. Re-add the Printer
- Open the HP Smart App and remove the printer if it appears in the app.
- Re-add the printer by selecting the “Add Printer” option and following the prompts.
5. Use HP Support Website for Registration
- If the app continues to have issues, you can try registering your printer directly through the HP Product Registration website.
