I moved my printer from a secondary location in another state to its original location and it says the wireless is locked.  I cant use Restore or anything.  It doesn't ask for a code or anything.  It is just faded and has a lock symbol.

To reset your HP OfficeJet Pro 8025, follow these steps:

  1. Turn off the printer.
  2. Press and hold the "Wireless" and "Cancel" buttons.
  3. While holding both buttons, turn the printer back on.
  4. Keep holding both buttons until the attention light turns on, then release both buttons.
  5. The printer will automatically restart and reset to its default factory settings.

This should clear any locked settings on the printer and allow you to set it up again from scratch. If the issue persists, try resetting the router as well and make sure the printer is within range. If you still have trouble, contact HP support for further assistance.
