HP OfficeJet 4652 All-in-One Printer

The power reset option is not working.   I saw some posters have replaced the power module,  where can I buy a new power module?

Hi @swilliams_tx,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query.

I am sorry to hear that your HP OfficeJet 4652 will not turn on and the power reset option did not resolve the issue, replacing the power module might be a necessary step. You can purchase a new power module:

Visit the HP Parts Store

  •  You can purchase replacement parts, including power modules, directly from the HP Parts Store.

Find the Part Number

  • You will need the part number of the power module. You can usually find this printed on the power module itself. If not, you can also find this information in your printer's manual or specifications sheet.

Check Compatibility:

  •  Make sure that the power module you purchase is compatible with the HP OfficeJet 4652 model.

Order the Part

  • Once you have the correct part number and have confirmed compatibility, you can proceed to order the part from the HP Parts Store or through authorized HP resellers.

Take care and have an amazing day!
