@REDD12, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand your HP OfficeJet Pro 8720 is not printing on your Windows 10 (64-bit) system. Let’s go through some steps to get it working again:

Check Printer Status

  1. Make sure the printer is powered on and connected to your computer (via Wi-Fi or USB).
  2. Check the control panel on the printer for any error messages or blinking lights.

Set as Default Printer

  1. Go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
  2. Right-click your HP OfficeJet Pro 8720 and select Set as default printer.

Restart Print Spooler

  1. Press Windows + R, type services.msc, and press Enter.
  2. Scroll down to Print Spooler, right-click it, and choose Restart.

Reinstall the Printer Driver

  1. Uninstall the current driver from Control Panel > Programs and Features.
  2. Download the latest full-feature driver from the Official HP® Support
  3. Install the driver and follow the setup instructions.

Try a Test Print

After reinstalling, try printing a test page:

  • Go to Devices and Printers, right-click your printer, and select Printer Properties > Print Test Page

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
