HP OfficeJet 250 Mobile All-in-One Printer

I can turn on my HP Officejet All-in-one printer  but the display screen does not com on. I tried all of the HP recommend procedures but to no avail it is still blank. What do I do next? it is out of warranty but is a good printer. it was pricey to start with and would like to get it fixed if possible.

Hi @eodlink,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd like to help!

I understand the control panel is blank.

Try the below suggestions -

Reset the product

With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.

Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.

Wait at least 60 seconds.

Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.

Reconnect the power cord to the printer.

Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.

Also, try updating the printer's firmware -HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
