Product: Officejet Printer 4635

Hi My HP Officejet Printer 4635 will not turn on. The internal AC power adapter still has a green light. I've tried a new power cord. Tried a new outlet. I was going to try to order a new internal power adapter, but it seems to be working since the green light is on. Is there anything else I should try?

If you've tried all the steps from here: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-officejet-4630-e-all-in-one-printer-series/5305049/model/539...and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
