Hi @SMM45,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP Photosmart C4680 All-in-One Printer is no longer displaying English and instead is showing a different language, you can try the following steps to change it back to English.

Use the Control Panel: Look for the language settings in the control panel of the printer. The location of this setting might vary depending on your printer's model. It's usually found under the settings or preferences menu. Once you locate it, select English as the display language.

Reset to Factory Defaults: If you can't find the language settings or if the menu is in a language you can't understand, you can perform a factory reset. Please note that this will erase all your custom settings, so use it as a last resort. To perform a factory reset, follow these general steps (specific steps may vary depending on your printer model):

a. Turn off the printer.

b. Hold down the Cancel button (or another specific button) and the Power button simultaneously.

c. Keep both buttons pressed for a few seconds until the printer's display resets or changes to the default language (usually English).

Use the Printer's Manual: If you have the user manual that came with the printer, refer to it for instructions on changing the language settings. The manual should provide step-by-step guidance on navigating the printer's menu and changing the language.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
