My HP account, I no longer have access to email address used to setup HP account.

I have a HP account and the email address used to set it up years ago, i no longer have access to, I want to change my email address for my  HP account. When i try to do this a verification code is sent to the email address that i no longer have access to. Anh help much appreciated. Macpete.

As you have already tried to update your new email and that did not work. This issue might require one-on-one interaction to fix it.
