HP Envy 7645 All In One printer connects to internet but not to Web Services. It prints from my iOS version 26.0.1 iPhone 17. Initially wanted to update firmware for the printer to see if that allowed connection to Web Services, but cannot access anything to do so. HP app and website will not accept my printer’s Serial Number.

1. Please follow steps from the next document:

2. In that document you can find Step 3,  maybe it could be the best for solving the issue.

  • Step 3. Restart the printer, router, and computer
  • Resolve any error states by restarting network-connected devices.

     

3. About the firmware update you can download driver for update from the next link:
