My HP officejet 5255 printer stopped working. It will not print from my PC but will make copies. I tried to download new drivers to my PC from the HP support site but it will not allow the download. Im stuck. can anyone help?  Thanks

I had no problem downloading the basic driver software as seen in the images. Is ther an error message that you are not sharing with us?

You could also install the HP Smart App from the Microsoft Store. 

 

The HP Smart will download the drivers for you when you setup the printer.
