Why is my HP8028e printer always printing an unwanted page with file information before my projects?  It is wasting paper and ink.  I have checked that I none of my applications have the "Print property info" selected.  It is from all applications and just started after the printer did the latest update.  How do I make it stop??

Adjust Printer Preferences:

  • Right-click on your HP8028e printer and select "Printer Properties".
  • Under the "Advanced" tab, explore the options to see if there are any selections related to job separation pages or cover sheets that can be turned off.

Update or Reinstall Printer Driver:

  • Visit the HP Support Website and ensure you have the latest driver installed for your printer model.
