When I transmitted a fax in the past, my product would generate a confirmation page with the appropriate details. NOW, however while it sounds like it is printing a confirmation page, the page is blank!

Try these steps:
Check Ink Levels:
- Ensure that the ink cartridges are not empty. Low or empty ink cartridges can cause blank printouts.
- Go to the printer's control panel, select Settings, then Ink Levels to check the estimated ink levels. Replace any low or empty cartridges.
- Ensure that you are using plain white paper and that it is correctly loaded into the input tray.
- Make sure the paper is not wrinkled or damaged and that it meets the printer's specifications.
Check Fax Settings:
- From the printer control panel, select Fax, then Fax Settings.
- Navigate to Fax Confirmation settings to ensure that it is enabled and set to print the confirmation page with text and fax details.
Run a Print Quality Diagnostics:
- Load plain white paper into the input tray.
- Open the printer's control panel, select Setup or Settings.
- Navigate to Tools, then Print Quality Report or a similar option.
- Review the report to ensure that all colors and texts are correctly printed. If there are issues, follow the prompts to clean the printhead.
Clean the Printhead:
- On the printer control panel, select Setup or Settings.
- Navigate to Tools, then select Clean Printhead.
- Follow the prompts to automatically clean the printhead. This might take a few minutes and may require multiple cleaning cycles.
Update Printer Firmware:
Kindly refer to this link to update your printer firmware.
Reconfirm Fax Settings:
- Sometimes a reset of fax settings may help.
- From the control panel, navigate to Fax, then Fax Setup or Fax Settings.
- Check all the settings to ensure they are correct, and reset them if necessary.
Check for Printer Driver Updates:
- Ensure the printer drivers on your computer are updated.
- Visit the HP Software and Drivers page to download the latest drivers for your OfficeJet Pro 8035 printer.
- Update the drivers by following the installation instructions provided.

My printer for everything else works fine. I went into settings and it is set to print a header upon outgoing fax. This worked up until a few days ago. Printing regular docs is perfect. You do hear it trying to print but ejects a blank page. The clean print heads showed perfect coverage of ink

i, everything I try to print works fine. EXCEPT, the confirmation page that a fax was sent. That seems to be printing but the page is blank. In settings it is selected to print but does not. Print heads are fine and ink levels fine.

Try These Steps:
Power Reset: Unplug the printer (both ends), wait 1 minute, plug back in. This clears memory glitches.
Toggle Fax Confirmation:
Go to Fax Settings > Fax Confirmation, turn it Off, then back On. Try "On with thumbnail" if available.
Update Firmware:
Go to HP Drivers Page, download and install the latest firmware for your 8035.
Check Fax Header:
Make sure Fax Header info (name & number) is filled in under Fax Settings.
Print Fax Activity Log:
Try Fax > Fax Reports > Fax Activity Log to see if other fax-related pages print fine.
