I see you're using this Printer on Windows Server 2016.

The best driver you can use for Server Environment is the Universal Print Driver.

You can find the UPDs available for Windows Server 2016 at this link below :

If you´re printing mostly text, you can choose a UPD PCL but, if you're printing mostly graphics then it's better to use the UPD Postcript option.
