I have been sitting here now for 3 hours printer keeps rebooting, tried to install updated drivers won't stay on long enough and drivers won't install on my computer,   I have tried unplugging several times and changed outlets still doing the same thing.

I had exactly the same issue that started early this morning, constant restarting with Error 79. I was on firmware 20200612, I checked for firmware and saw an updated firmware 20201021 so I updated. The problem persisted.

I downgraded back to firmware 20200612 after looking on here for fixes, this didn't work either.

I then did a factory reset and it appears to have done the trick.

I would love to try the factory reset to see if it will fix it or not I have also tried the firmware up date and nothing I have done has fixed it.  Can you tell me how you did the reset??  I'm not sure I did it properly either that or it did not fix the problem either
