Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

My Mac finds the printer but when I tried to add the printer, it says cannot connect to the printer. I tried restarting the printer and my computer, as well as resetting the printing system, but it still didn't work. I have no problems connecting my iPad and iPhone to the printer

I see that you are facing printing issues with your HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 All-In-One Printer connected to Mac computer.

  

Please download and install the firmware update by following the steps from this document.  (Click on the word document to open the web page).
