Hi @JerryZa,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I understand how frustrating it is when your HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e All-in-One Printer suddenly stops printing, especially when you're unsure if it's a warranty issue. Let’s walk through the steps to troubleshoot and check your warranty status.

Step 1: Basic Troubleshooting for “Not Printing”

Before assuming a hardware failure, try these:

1. Restart Everything

  • Power off the printer and unplug it for 60 seconds.
  • Restart your computer and router.
  • Plug the printer back in and power it on.

2. Use HP App or HP Easy Start

3. Check for Error Messages

Step 2: Check Your Warranty Status

To see if your printer is still under warranty:

👉 Official HP® Warranty Check - United States | HP® Support

You’ll need your printer’s serial number, which is usually found:

  • On the back or bottom of the printer
  • In the Settings > Printer Information menu on the touchscreen

I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
