My printer won't print. I re downloaded the drivers a few weeks ago and it printed. Now, again it won't print or scan. I go to download the drivers and get a sight for HP smart--which I already have and on the screen it does nothing, anyway.

I understand that your printer is not printing and scanning. I'd like to help!
 

To assist you with accurate information I would require more information regarding this:

Are you getting any error? 
Are you able to copy?

Is it not  printing in color, black or does it print blank pages?

Thx for your reply. Desktop printer wouldn’t work at all. Can print from my I pad. It happened a few weeks ago, I fixed on my own. Then, it stopped working again. Talked to Hp. Seems to be working now. I’ll let you know in a week!
