Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The printer stopped giving me an option to print in colour in wireless mode. Tried everything setting I can find via help sections etc. Reinstalled software etc etc. Okay when using USB but I bought it to use wirelessly. Only a cheap model but I don't print much and if nothing else I'd like to use up the cartridges!

Hi,

Try following below version of the HP Print and Scan Doctor Utility by selecting your printer:

HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads

 

Be sure to restart your PC and allow the utility to complete the process, then check for any difference.

 

Try printing and check for any change, if the same remains try printing using the newly added print queue copy and check.
