Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Photosmart 7850 has Err code in window and various numbers keep showing up next to Err

07 75 51 14 00 CD DD D6 -0 00 --   I have tried unplugging the power cord for 60 seconds but no change. I have

also tried to hold down the power button and print for 60 seconds and still not response. I have also removed both ink cartridges and tried the above. When i switch on the printer in connects to computer and then disconnects a second later. I have tried a new printer cable with no luck. The red light stays on all the time, the card reader green light flashes and the print button light flashes all the time. Can anyone help me to clear this error or indicate what it means. Thanks, Mark

@Thaimark, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I'm afraid this could be a possible hardware issue with the printer.

Run HP Print and Scan Doctor to diagnose and fix any driver issue

Click here to download the file. Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and click on 'Fix printing'.

If the issue persists, proceed to the next step.

Check for any paper jams inside the printer. Also, check the ink levels on the printer.

Let me know how this goes.
