HP Tango X
macOS 10.12 Sierra

I have tried everything to get this printer to turn on. It refuses. Honestly, I've tried everything shy of taking it apart, and this printer is so small that it looks like it is meant never to come apart.
How in the world do I get this thing to turn on? HP refuses to give me a phone number to talk to anybody, and now I'm stuck and don't want to buy a new one again.

Any help would be massively appreciated in finding a trick to turn this thing on.

Hi @mrginsberg,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be glad to help you!

I can imagine how frustrating it must be to deal with a printer that won't turn on, especially after trying so many troubleshooting steps without success. It's really disappointing when you feel stuck and unable to reach customer support for help. I'm here to assist you in finding a solution for your Tango X printer!

This looks like a hardware issue.  However,  please follow the steps listed below to reset the printer:

1. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.
2. Unplug the power cord from the power source.
3. Wait 60 seconds.
4. Reconnect the power cord to a wall outlet and to the printer.
NOTE: HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
5. Turn the printer on.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance
