Hey guys

So the other day I was printing product information for my business and my printer ran out of Cyan ink. I tried to continue printing in just black&white but my printer just wasn't letting it happen. During this process, I had a print job that was stuck in que and couldn't cancel the job. Being the genius that I am, I think I uninstalled the printer from my computer. The printer has always been connected to my computer via WiFi.

So I go out and buy some Cyan ink (my company's primary color is blue.. fml) and hope that this will resolve the issue. I change the ink and whatnot and now my computer just doesn't recognize the printer.

I'm getting this message that says "Operation could not be completed (error 0x00000709) Double check the printer name and make sure that the printer is connected to the network"

When I open up devices and printer, my HP61927A is greyed out. When I right click it to do anything I get that error message.

My question is: What the hell happened and how do I resolve this? I feel like it should be something simple, but despite being 27 I feel like i'm 80 years old trying to figure this out.

Thanks for any help
