Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Dear community,

 

With my previous OS, probably 32-bit Windows 10, I had no issues installing drivers for HP Photosmart printer.
With this new OS, I cannot find any solution or drivers to start using my old printer.

Care to provide some solutions to my problem?

Hi   @FerRX, I downloaded the program you shared and tried to install the drivers with the printer USB connected and turned on as instructed, but despite doing all that, the program couldn't identify my printer.  Do you have any other suggestions?
