Product: HP Deskjet 2050 All-in-One J510 Series

Im busy installing printer software, but i cannot proceed as i do not live in the USA and i selected other country option and nothing happens. So i am stuck in limbo with no way forward

@Didinel80 Welcome to HP Forums Community!

Let us know if its either Windows or Mac OS you've got on the device that you wish the printer to be installed on? To let you know, the country shouldn't really matter when it comes to installing the printer drivers, if you haven't done this yet, please click here to download and install the software from the HP website once you select the correct OS as per your need.

 

If you've already downloaded the printer software/driver and the country selection screen is during the installation of the software, here's what I'll need:

The name of your country and if you are able to select a country close to yours, as the only reason the software needs your country is so that the time and date is calculated properly.
