My Laser Jet MFD M234sdw is offline and I can't get it back online.  How do I remove the Laser Jet from HP Smart so that I can reinstall it.  It is not currently installed.

This reset might work  

Turn the product on while you press and hold the Resume button for 10-20 seconds. The Attention light turns on. Release the Resume button. The Attention and Ready lights cycle while the product restores factory defaults.

 

This video shows another way to reset the printer.
