Product: Photosmart b110a
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer b110a after reset show the option of printhead missing. 

I have CLEANED several times the print head but still the same problem

 I think the print head become damage. 

Now I cannot even scan the document . Kindly need your suggestions

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to help you with the Printhead error.

 

Please try these steps - HP Printers - Error Indicates Faulty Printhead

 

If the issue still persists, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding this. 

 

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
