Hi @Mansh1101,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

When all the lights on your HP DeskJet 3635 are blinking and it's showing an "E" error, it typically indicates a problem with the printer. Here's a step-by-step guide to help troubleshoot this issue.

Check for Paper Jams:

  • Open the printer's access door and check for any paper jams. Carefully remove any stuck paper or debris.

Check Ink Cartridges:

  • Ensure that the ink cartridges are properly installed. Remove them and reinstall them to make sure they're seated correctly. Check for any protective tape that might still be on the cartridges.

Power Cycle the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source. Wait for about 60 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on. This can sometimes reset the printer and resolve the issue.

Check for Error Messages:

  • If the error persists, look at the printer’s display or the software on your computer for any specific error messages. This can give you more insight into what might be causing the issue.

Perform a Hard Reset:

  • If the above steps don’t resolve the issue, perform a hard reset. Turn off the printer, unplug it from the wall, wait for about a minute, then plug it back in and turn it on.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
