Hi, I bought this printer in the US and brought it to Mexico, but I’ve been buying cartridges in the US all the time.
Im trying to replace the color cartridges but it says they’re not compatible because of the region. I changed the region in the printer, but it still does not want to accept my new cartridges.

@Cesar13, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Did you buy the printer and the ink cartridges in the United States?
Which ink cartridges are you using?
Reset the printer
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
- Turn ON the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed.
