I followed some advice given to me on this site about my printer, including trying to set it up as a new printer. Now my printer will not connect to my laptop. The printer is on the wifi network but it is not found by my Mac. I am running Mac OS 15.3.2. I downloaded new drivers but they will not install. That was the first problem, but when I went through all the steps to fix it, including removing my printer and trying to connect again, nothing will work. So I have no updated drivers. The printer is connected to my wifi, but my Mac and my iPhone cannot connect to the printer now. I am deeply frustrated as I need to print documents out for work. I hope someone can help

2.  Then you can go to System Preferences > Printers and Add Printer
