Try these steps:

Update Printer Drivers:

  • Visit the HP Support website.
  • Search for the HP ENVY 6452e printer model.
  • Download the latest drivers compatible with your operating system.
  • Follow the installation instructions carefully.

Restart Your Devices:

  • Turn off your HP printer and unplug it.
  • Restart your computer.
  • Plug back in and turn on your printer.

Reinstall Printer Software:

  • Go to your computer's Control Panel, then select "Programs."
  • Uninstall the existing HP printer software.
  • Re-download the latest version from the HP website.
  • Install the software, and follow the on-screen instructions.

Check Windows Updates:

  • Ensure that your Windows operating system is up to date.
  • Sometimes, an outdated system can cause driver issues.

Use HP Print and Scan Doctor:

  • Download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor.
  • This tool can automatically diagnose and resolve printing and scanning problems.

  • Verify that both the printer and the laptop are connected to the same network.

Remove and Add Printer Again:

  • Go to "Devices and Printers" on your laptop.
  • Remove your HP ENVY 6452e printer from the list.
  • Add the printer back again by selecting "Add a printer."
