Printer is an HP Office Jet Pro 9015e. Stopped working as it states the printer has not finished set up.  that is funny as it has been working since April and 10 minutes before this happed I had just printed something.

No one has helped me what do I have to do besides throwing the printer out the window and buying another brand.

Is the message coming up on your computer or the screen of the printer. You do not state what type of computer you have and the solution may vary depending on that.  Just a polite reminder that this a volunteer powered support forum and there can be times when no one is watching. I understand your frustration but expecting an instantaneous answer is not reasonable. If you can post back some details someone can likely provide some guidance.

If you find the information provided useful or solves your problems, help other users find the solution easier by marking my post as an accepted solution. Clicking "yes" on "was this reply helpful" also increases the chances that this solution will help others.
I am a volunteer, offering my knowledge to support fellow users, I do not work for HP nor speak for HP.
