Hi @Cerberus-ict,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding the HP printer not showing up on your HP account!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

Ensure Proper Account Setup: Double-check that you have correctly logged into the HP account associated with Instant Ink during the installation process.

Re-run Printer Setup: Sometimes re-running the initial setup process through the HP Smart app can resolve account linkage issues. Ensure your printer is connected to the internet during this process.

HP Smart App:

  • Download and install the HP Smart app from the HP website or your device’s app store.
  • Use the app to connect to your printer and check the printer settings.
  • Verify if your printer appears in your device list and manage printer settings through the app.

Instant Ink Enrollment:

  • Visit the HP Instant Ink website.
  • Log into your account and attempt to add the printer manually by entering the printer’s code displayed on the printer during setup (or found within printer settings).

Check Printer Connection: Ensure that your printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your computer where the HP account is logged in.

I hope this helps.

It's a simple 2-step process.

Step 1: To contact us, click here to visit the Instant Ink support page.

step 2: You can find the support number in the middle of the page.

Feel free to come back here anytime for further assistance.

If this solution hit the spot, please come back and click "Accepted Solution" to help others find the answer. And if you'd like to say thanks, select "Yes" on the bottom left of the public post, as that would make our day!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
