@Jill1818,

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're stoked to have you on board!

To help us get started on resolving your issue, could you please share your HP unit's serial number or product number with us via private message?

Need help finding your product number? We've got you covered! Check out this handy guide:  Click here

To access your private messages, simply click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile name.

Meanwhile you may try these steps:

  • Make sure there’s enough ink or toner.
  • Run a printhead cleaning from printer settings.
  • Ensure the font you're using isn't corrupted.
  • Update the printer driver on your computer.
  • Turn off and restart the printer.
  • Try printing a test page to see if the issue persists.
  • Make sure the correct paper type is selected.
  • Ensure printer is connected properly (USB or Wi-Fi).
  • Test printing a different document to rule out file issues.

We're looking forward to helping you get back up and running!

Regards,

Garp_Senchau
