Product: HP OfficeJet 4650 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
My HP pavilion laptop lost wifi connection with my officejet 4650. When I tried to reinstall the wifi connection for the printer using the the HP Smart app, I get a message that the printer needs a new driver. I've installed the latest software for the Officejet 4650 All in one, that didn't do anything. I tried downloading the drivers for the Officejet 4650 All in One, that didn't help. I have been able to set up the printer to work through the USB cable. The printer is set up to work as a WIFI printer on our network so I could print through the HP officejet 4650 from a desk top with a direct USB connection to our network.
