My printer 6500aplus is saying failed on Filtering trying to connect to the wifi?. Any answers on how to fix it?

Welcome to HP support community.

 

Restore network defaults

On the printer control panel, Select Setup, select Network, and then select Restore Network Defaults.

 

Run Wireless setup wizard to connect printer to wireless connection again

  • On the device control panel, press the Setup button.
  • Press an arrow button to move to Network Settings, and then press OK.
  • Press an arrow button to move to Wireless Setup Wizard, and then press OK.
  • Follow the display instructions to complete the setup.

Download and install the printer full feature driver

Click here to download the driver.
