Printer HP Envy 4500 will not print from my comptuer
The printer will print its own test page properlly but when I try printing from the Computer, It will print a blank page

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

 I understand the printer is printing blank pages, let us try these steps:
 

Try making a standalone copy in black and colour to check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.
 

Check the estimated ink levels, and replace any low or empty ink cartridges.

 

Clean the ink cartridges

  1. On the printer control panel, press the Down Arrow to select Tools, and then press OK.
  2. Press the Down Arrow to select Clean Printhead, and then press OK. The printer cleans the printhead and then prints a printhead test page.

 

Print a Print Quality Diagnostic report

  1. On the printer control panel, press the Down Arrow to scroll to Tools, and then press OK.
  2. Press the Down Arrow to scroll to Print Quality Report, and then press OK. The printer prints the test page.
  3. If you still face issues please try the link this will help with more steps.
