My printer shows it is installed correctly and on the same WIFI as my laptop. However when I try to print the printer says its off-line.  I've tried switching off laptop, printer and router but it hasn't solved the problem. I have HP Smart app.  I am in my 80's and have spent 3 hours trying to get the printer to print as I have an important docuement.  Why wont the laptop talk to the printer ? What do I do to rectify the problem.
